Terms and Conditions for Public Profiles and Events

  1. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for adding Public Profiles by Certified Channelers and Mentors of Elohim Grounding and adding Events to the calendar visible on ElohimGrounding.com.
  2. A public profile is a user’s online business card, visible on the ElohimGrounding.com Portal on the “Channelers and Mentors” page.
  3. An event is a showcase of a meeting or course, organized in the Elohim Grounding theme by a user with a Public Profile. Events are visible in the calendar of events on the ElohimGrounding.com Portal, on the “Calendar” page.
  4. Publication of a Public Profile is made using the form, located on the “My Account” page on the ElohimGrounding.com Portal and after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The condition for posting such a profile is the possession of a Certificate of Completion of the Level I Elohim Grounding course and the user’s provision of correct data.
  5. The public profile becomes visible as soon as it is added. To edit the Profile, log into the “My Account” panel and go to the “Manage Events and Profile” section.
  6. Publication of an Event is made using the form, located on the “My Account” page on the ElohimGrounding.com Portal and after accpeting the Terms and Conditions.
  7. The event becomes visible in the calendar of events on the Portal after its approval by the administrators. The event can be edited before and after approval. To edit an event, log into the “My Account” panel and go to the “Manage Events and Profile” section.
  8. The event added to the calendar must be for a course or meeting with the Elohim Grounding method. Other events will not be published.
  9. The ElohimGrounding.com portal has the right to block a Public Profile or Event if it deems it to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions, offensive or containing false information.
  10. It is unacceptable to post in Profiles and Events:
    1. content generally considered offensive,
    2. content contrary to the law,
    3. content generally considered morally reprehensible, socially inappropriate or violating the principles of Netiquette,
    4. advertising content unrelated to Elohim Grounding.
  11. Users add their Profiles and Events solely at their own risk. ElohimGrounding.com portal does not take any responsibility for such Events and Profiles.
  12. The ElohimGrounding.com portal reserves the right to authorize and modify submissions.
  13. Notwithstanding the above, the ElohimGrounding.com Portal has the right to remove Public Profiles and Events if one or more of the following circumstances occur:
    • The Profile/Event contains the content referred to in Section 8 of these Regulations,
    •  The ElohimGrounding.com portal will receive an official notice to remove the Profile or Event,
    •  The ElohimGrounding.com portal will receive reliable information about abuses related to the Event or Profile.
  14. Events that are blocked or terminated, are completely removed from the database after 3 months from the date of termination.
  15. The ElohimGrounding.com portal grants permission to use Events and Public Profiles on personal websites, provided that the source of origin is stated along with a link to this page with the Event or Profile.
  16. The ElohimGrounding.com portal does not charge for posting Public Profile and Events. Profiles and Events posted on ElohimGrounding.com.
  17. ElohimGrounding.com portal in no way intermediates in the organization of Events published in the calendar and does not assume any responsibility for them.
  18. The ElohimGrounding.co.uk portal in no way intermediates payments of Event participants and is not a Marketplace platform.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the ElohimGrounding.com Portal. The ElohimGrounding.com Portal reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, which are also effective from the moment they are published on the Portal.
