Elohim Grounding, abbreviated as E.G., is an energy work method that we received as a tool from the Elohim.

Elohim Grounding was channeled by Marek Aleksander in 2020, when the Elohim became his Spiritual Guides.

The complete Elohim Grounding method consists of three modalities, which you can use after the course. These are SuperNova Cleansing,Elohim Grounding Activation and Elohim Guidance Channelling.

They are wonderful and extremely high-energy Spiritual Guides who appeared on Marek Aleksander’s spiritual development path.

They are among the Beings/Energy that participated in the creation of Humans on Earth. Consequently, their guidance is perfect for the processes of healing, cleansing and discovering the long-forgotten potentials of Us, our bodies and energy systems.

We often compare their activities to the work of advanced energy technicians. They can get to the root of the problem and solve it very precisely and instantly.

Their energy is subtle, extremely high, and often felt as sparks or electrical currents in the body

They have a great Love for us, although coming from the Ether Space – a realm of such high frequencies – they do not exhibit a wide range of vivid emotions. And although they may sometimes be perceived by this as dignified and distant beings, you can treat them as great Friends.

Elohim Grounding is a completely safe energetical work technique. Throughout all stages of the process, it is your Soul and Higher Self that manage the flow of energy, cooperating with the Elohim.
After all, no one will take care of you as well as your own Soul! 😉

Elohim Grounding channelers in the courses gain knowledge on how to create a cared-for space for each process.

Equally important – the person conducting the process always tells you what is happening for you. The role of the channeler is not to work with your energy system alone, but to be a channel for energy and Guidance. You can therefore trust that beings far wiser and more perceptive than humans are taking care of you.

Since both your Soul and the Guides aim for your Highest Good, it may happen that an activation is not fully carried out. This can occur in situations of extreme fatigue/exhaustion or, for example, when you are involved in intense energetic processes.

And finally, it is worth mentioning that any energy flowing in the process, comes from the Central Path of Love and Light.

No, this process is for everyone, regardless of level of awareness, skills, or other factors. All you need is your intention to take part in the E.G. activation and a person who will lead it for you. 🙂

It is a technique of energy work that we have received from the Elohim to restore the connection to the Earth, its Crystalline Matrix and its Heart, forgotten by us and our bodies.

But E.G. also works wonderfully for energy cleansing and healing work (SuperNova), because the energy of the Elohim that we channel during the process is, according to them, one of the strongest transformational energies currently available on Earth.

SuperNova is an energy technique that is a part of Elohim Grounding. Before each grounding, energy cleansing is performed using this technique.

It is a very high energy, as intense as a starburst itself (hence the name), with which the Elohim come to cleanse our energy systems and the Central Energy Channel.

During the Level I course, you will learn how to use this method as a component preceding Elohim Grounding or as a separate form of energy work.

First of all, informed consent to the process is essential. Therefore, it cannot be performed to a person who does not know about it. So if you want to invite someone close to you, the person must express the intention to participate in the activation.

Before each activation, the channeler also receives approval from the Soul or the Higher Self. In the absence of these, the process will not take place.

Enormous physical exhaustion and other ongoing energy transformations (e.g., shamanic activations, initiations, opening of the “fifth eye”) can cause lack of consent from the Soul or Higher Self.

There are no other contraindications, this process is always for the Highest Good! 🙂

According to Elohim Guidance, in the structure of our DNA, we have many dormant potentials that we do not use. During the Elohim Grounding process, the primodial structures responsible for connecting the body with the Earth are activated. These structures have been displaced by the lifestyle and system we live in, which distances us from nature.

We understand, however, that for many people, such a statement is not easy to accept. It wasn’t easy for Marek Aleksander either when he heard about it from the Elohim. His peri-medical background was quite an obstacle. 🙂
So you can think about it from another perspective – everything we are is energy. During the activation, this primal energy pattern is recalled, which helps to naturally feel the connection with the Earth and its gifts. And whether we call it the Energy System, DNA, resonance, subtle bodies – is not that important.

This is a great question that was asked in the context of E.G.

Let’s start with the fact that the Soul itself manages what happens in the process. So we can trust that it will make sure we don’t get stuck on Earth. 🙂

In the process itself, we also do not attach the Soul to the Earth. We operate at the level of the physical body and its systems so that it can draw on Earth’s potentials.
We also do not tie your system “permanently”. 🙂 You can disconnect from Earth at any time, if that is your will or as it happens in everyday life. Returns to the connection, on the other hand, will be faster, easier and fuller!

And finally, such fears, about being on Earth, are beautifully dissolved during Elohim Grounding. The earth is not a cage or a trap. Dissolving similar beliefs about grounding, also allows you to leave Earth in harmony when the time comes.
